According to a report by PWMania.com, Megha Parekh, AEW’s Chief Legal Officer and EVP, was present for a portion of the CM Punk / Elite locker room altercation.

If Megha Parekh was there, then, it basically means, The Elite did not just rush CM Punk as previously reported. The Elite went through proper channels and authority when they confronted CM Punk.
